The courses are led by Dr Anna Serlachius (PhD), a trainer and researcher with experience in health, organizational and positive psychology. She has worked with business, education, and health clients in the UK, Australia, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
Her workshops, seminars and one-on-one coaching sessions focus on developing practical skills that can be implemented immediately. The sessions uniquely incorporate the latest evidence-based techniques to ensure that the training is both motivating and insightful, as well as practical and easy to implement.
